Let's Talk Confidence: How to Feel Your Best During Your Senior Session

Nov 28 2022 | By: Sundberg Photography

Time is inching closer to the end of senior year and life as you know it will change. It's a time when you're in a stunning transition from high school to life beyond, and what better way to memorialize this incredible moment than with a senior session?

The ultimate headshot or profile capture is about more than just a good pose or great styling, it's about feeling your best. When you're relaxed and at peace during your shoot, this translates into your photos.

The following quick tips should help a ton:

  • Drink water: you'll feel hydrated and it plumps up your skin
  • Get enough sleep: your bright eyes and clear thoughts will thank you
  • Feel confident: Do research about the types of shots you'd like and practice, practice, practice!
  • Choose the right outfit: Your styling can make a tremendous difference in how you feel on the day of the shoot

As the face of Sundberg Photography, I understand the importance of capturing you at the perfect moment, and that's not just golden-hour-photographer mumbo jumbo. I am well-versed in chill, helping you feel and look your best. I serve the St. Louis and Wentzville areas and offer a variety of packages to suit your style and budget.
