Pictures can be so much more meaningful when they're not just a once-a-year experience. During the six months from fall to spring, your child grows and changes, some by leaps and bounds. You probably want to capture the memories of that growth. Have you ever compared two images from fall to spring and seen how much your child has grown? Try it! They grow up so fast! You should be capturing it!
Where fall can give us the warm colors everyone loves, spring is a really popular time for outdoor family photo shoots as well. Blossoms, magnolias, daffodils, bluebells and much more give us a wonderful backdrop at this time of year.
With different seasons, comes different tones and clothing style. Having spring pictures gives you the chance to change up your wall pictures. Who doesn’t love to update their home décor?
Think about your session location, think about your home décor and what you want on your walls. Adding texture is always great especially for black and white photographs. You can choose 2-3 colors to play with that coordinate or you can choose neutrals and add a splash of color to it. Always avoid matchy-matchy outfits.
