Addison’s senior session at Forest Park was such a fun one for me. She was sweet, playful and full of silliness, and I loved seeing that come through as we photographed each new look.
One of my favorite things about Forest Park is how much variety we can find during a single session. We used the decorative gates and covered walkway for portraits with a more classic feel, then moved to the greenery and paths for something softer. The warm evening light gave us another look altogether.
Addison brought several outfits, and each one changed the feel of her photos. Her white dress and denim jacket looked great by the gates. The patterned dress worked beautifully among the trees, while her green top, skirt and boots were a perfect fit for the evening light. Even the cozy sweater gave us a completely different side of her session.
What made these photos feel like Addison was the way she brought herself to every setting. She could give me a beautiful, calm portrait and then let her silly side come out a moment later. I want seniors to have room for both. Their pictures should feel like the person they are right now.
These are just a few sneak peeks from our time at Forest Park. Addison, you made this session so much fun to photograph!
